Commitment
This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That target guides design, development, content, and review; it is not a certification or a promise that every person will encounter no barrier.
Measures in place
- Semantic landmarks and a consistent heading structure
- Keyboard-operable navigation, a skip link, and visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colors designed for sufficient contrast
- Responsive layouts that reflow on narrow screens and at increased zoom
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Descriptive links and alternative text for meaningful images
Review and limitations
The current site has been reviewed with automated source checks, keyboard navigation, desktop and mobile layouts, and browser-console inspection. These checks are useful but do not replace evaluation with every browser, device, or assistive technology.
